This app "Indian Logistics Services” provides the service to merchants who use Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Wix, Wocommerce, and Magento to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your account:
View Product - This permission is required to fetch and display product information to you or on the storefront.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your account, or using the following technologies:

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your date/time stamps.

We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other third parties or companies (other than to specific eCommerce platform merchants you are interacting with, or to third-party apps or service providers being used by the merchants you are interacting with) for the marketing of their products or services.
Still, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. We receive the stored data information from the ecommerce platform through API and Hooks.
Our retention practices are: for the store owner, data is stored in the App database and is stored as long as the store owner continues using the App; when the store owner uninstalls the App, the data is deleted within 12 months.
For application logs, data is collected for application analyzing, monitoring, and security purposes, and is kept for 12 months.
Tracking information from a Store page is stored anonymously and kept for 12 months.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
